Happy Snowy Sunday you glorious internet folks! Tis I, Jeremy and I am finally getting to adding some much needed updates to the site and share some exciting news. Since establishing this website, I have been building the foundation work to launch Trek with a Vet; a wilderness exploration program which brings together bush craft and military experiences. Its more than that though, its also a Recreational Therapy program at its core. We all have a lot of chaos in our lives and what this program is intended to do is offer a different approach to tackling lifes ups and downs. Be it crafting a paddle, going on a strenuous hike on a new to you trail, or even a lazy river float... There is something for everyone. Especially Veterans! The primary function of Voluntold Veteran was the acquisition of equipment necessary to make Trek with a Vet happen. I am happy to announce here officially, the gear is ready! In the last year, 5 canoes and a trailer were purchased, a bell hot tent and numerous snowshoes for winter trips, and some other various tools to make the experiences something memorable. Now, its time to give back to those who have given me the opportunity to thrive over the years. All the training, all the back braking efforts to get to where I am today has all been worth it because I can share my unique approach and perspective in a controlled environment. Yes, the wilderness is wild and unpredictable, though, when we are done working together you will have more Confidence in your outdoor abilities. All the mind numbing tasks that eat your soul will become manageable, easier to digest nuggets of gratitude. So, Are you ready for a new adventure? Lets get to it, shall we?!
